It gives us great pride to present ARMO Foundation Ltd and our sister organizations, ARMO Institute of Applied Skills, and ARMO Care Link. These organizations share a vision of making sustained, meaningful change throughout Bangladesh.

At ARMO — Alliance for Real Mobilization and Opportunity — we believe every person has unrealized potential. We seek to unlock this potential by providing access to relevant education, vocational skills and healthcare, and build communities capable of sustained improvement.

ARMO Institute of Applied Skills provides training in applied skills for individuals to participate in focused, future employment and to build a skilled workforce to address unemployment.

ARMO Care Link provides quality, dignified care for families that require assistance, specializing in the care for newborns, caring for the elderly, and critical care.

These are more than just services. These are sustainable pathways to opportunity, independence, and inclusion.

At ARMO Foundation Ltd., we believe that real development starts when opportunity is available for everyone. We believe that every person, regardless of origin or background, has the right to a secure (safe), healthy, and dignified life. To achieve this vision, we set out to create ARMO - Alliance for Real Mobilization and Opportunity as a vehicle for change, within communities in every district of Bangladesh.

From our conception, our philosophy is based around inclusion, empowerment, and sustainability. We recognize that breaking the cycle of poverty, ill-health, and unemployment requires more than just single-event interventions, but requires integrated, long-term solutions which can uplift lives over generations.

Whether delivering life-saving healthcare knowledge to rural families, imparting youth with job-ready vocational skills, or creating routes to employment and opportunity, we eagerly commit to walking alongside the people we serve at every step of the journey.

At ARMO Foundation Ltd., we started with one fundamental thought; that every person, in any situation has untapped potential. With that thought, we created a model that provides immediate needs but creates long-lasting routes for individuals to change their futures.

As Co-Founder and Executive Director, I am proud to lead a team that is dismantling systemic barriers related to education, health care, and employment. Real change happens when individuals are empowered to grow in dignity, independence, and with purpose.

From big cities to isolated villages, our programs offer practical training, access to health education, and community development that puts inclusion into practice. Not simply services, these are chances for individuals to be the catalysts of their own change.

The ARMO brand promises real mobilization and real opportunity; we will continue to develop practical community-based solutions that leave no one behind.
