Position Overview

We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Professional Caregivers to support patients of all ages—including newborns, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities—through personalized care at home and in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
✓
Support safe patient mobility and transfers
✓
Deliver specialized care (newborn, elderly, and disabled child care)
✓
Monitor patient condition and report changes
✓
Provide companionship and emotional support
✓
Help with light household duties related to patient care
✓
Ensure timely medication reminders (no administration)
✓
Accompany patients to appointments or walks
✓
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
✓
Document care activities and observations clearly

Qualifications

✓
Minimum: SSC pass or equivalent degree
✓
Preferable: Caregiving/First Aid/Home Health Aide certification
✓
Prior caregiving or home health experience
✓
Empathetic, patient, and respectful demeanour
✓
Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude
✓
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓
Physically capable of assisting with mobility tasks
✓
Fluent in Bengali; basic English is a plus
