Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and empathetic Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both home and clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care aligned with individual care plans

Administer medications and perform clinical procedures with accuracy
✓
Monitor patient health, document observations, and respond to emergencies
✓
Educate and support patients and families on health management
✓
Collaborate with physicians and the ARMO Care Link care team
✓
Ensure respectful assistance with daily living activities
✓
Maintain high professional and ethical standards

Requirements

✓
BSN or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
✓
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing Council
✓
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital, home, or critical care
✓
Skilled in IV therapy, wound care, and emergency response
✓
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
✓
Proficiency in Bengali and English
